  Got my suit dry cleaned at this place for a wedding I was going to attend. When I took out the suit from the bag and put the suit jacket on I noticed there was a damage that looked almost like a burn mark from a cigarette. I went back to talk to them and they told me that the manager is coming after 6 pm and that i need to talk with her about this. After I returned to the store to talk to her she was trying to blame the damage on me, and was asking me if the suit is cheap (it was not $500). Then she told me that she will talk to the owner of the place so they can tell her what to do(I think she was the owner). She asked me what I am looking to get, in which I told her I need my suit replaced or reimbursed for the damage they caused to the suit. She took my number and told me that the owner is going to give me a call. The owner never called me. I had to stop by at least 3 more times to talk to the manager in a period of two months to figure out what is going on wit my suit. She give me the same response that the owner will call me. Never happened owner never called, I ended up with an expensive ruined suit($500), plus they never reimbursed me for the dry cleaning($25). Stay away from this place lesson learned for me. I'll take my business across the street to CD one price cleaners at least I think they have some policy to refund you if they damage your clothing.
