  Ryan, the service writer, was extremely helpful. We were having problems with the Michelin tires that replaced the Hankook on our 2015 Genesis. In heavy rain & snow there was no traction. Ryan suggested we contact consumer affairs. But he had the mechanic check the tires & there was more wear than should have been for only 9,000 miles on the car. He stated that he was going to do some more checking for us. Not only is Ryan great at his job he’s very personable. Great job, Ryan.
