  Paid 7000 for a hood-exhust-make up air system next day asked if they could buy it back or sell it for me as my contractor said it's 3phase and to large to install. They said best they could do is 3000. Wow depreciation of 4000 overnight. I'm sure I'll read a response something like "we never sold that or he's making this up or something similar. If they have 4 million happy customers, why is their rating so low?

  Purchased a 3 door freezer and had it delivered. Worked like a champ, the price was right. Very happy with the process.
  
  I wasn't as happy with trying to sell equipment to them. Unfortunately when we wanted to sell they were overstocked and unable to buy our equipment but that seems like the market for used equipment. We ended up selling it to a friend for dirt cheap.
